Tuần rồi mình nhận được Property Tax Bill (Interim 2020) nên ghi chú lại đây. Ở Mississauga, khoảng tháng 2 họ sẽ gửi Interim Tax Bill về nhà. Interim Tax Bill chắc tạm dịch ‘Thuế Nhà Đất Tạm Thời‘, tiền bằng một nửa tiền thuế năm trước, cần phải đóng trước 7-May-2020 theo 3 đợt (xem bill để coi chi tiết). Thuế chính thức của cả năm sẽ được gửi về nhà sau sau khi được thông qua bởi chính quyền thành phố.

Interim taxes equal 50 per cent of your previous year’s taxes adjusted for any supplementary taxes or cancellations done for a portion of the year as if the additional taxes or cancellation had applied for the entire year. For accounts that did not exist in the previous year, interim taxes will approximate 50 per cent of a full year’s taxes.
